The grapes were hand-picked, fermentation was spontaneous, and the wine was aged for 10 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, providing additional texture and complexity.
The aroma is dominated by green apple, lime, and grapefruit, along with subtle floral notes and pronounced minerality. On the palate, the wine is precise, lively, and elegant, with refreshing acidity and a slight saline finish. It has an aging potential of 10-12 years.
