Blanc de Noir 2023 from Domaine de l’Accent winery represents an interesting interpretation of Blanc de Noir wine in the spirit of French Languedoc. The 100% Mourvèdre grapes, otherwise a red variety, were hand-picked in 2023 and processed without chemical treatments. Fermentation and vinification follow a natural style with minimal intervention, without aggressive cold techniques or excessive aging.
In the glass, the wine reveals delicate notes of red berries, flowers, and subtle citrus tones, while on the palate it is dry, fresh, and mineral, with pleasant and balanced acidity. With 11% alcohol, a lighter body, and an open character, it is ideal for enjoying with fish fillets, seafood, or salads with citrus dressings.
