Gál Tibor Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a dry, still red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Eger wine region in Hungary. The grapes were hand-harvested from the 10th. to the 15th. of October 2017, naturally fermented with 28 days of skin maceration, then aged for 24 months in 500 l oak barrels before bottling. This Cabernet Sauvignon shows intense dark-fruit aromas and layered spicy notes, with a robust structure and a long, elegant finish, typical of the long ageing of top Eger red wines.
