Collection Tamyanka SV 2024 is a dry, aromatic white wine made from 100% Tamyanka grapes, one of Bulgaria’s oldest and most elegant varieties, grown on the Danube Plain in the Chateau Burgozone vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature, and the wine is briefly aged on the lees to preserve freshness and complexity.
In the glass, it opens with vibrant aromas of citrus, green fruit, and white blossoms, with pleasant minerality and balanced acidity that makes this wine exceptionally easy-drinking and refreshing. The texture is elegant, and the finish clean and harmonious, making it suitable for a wide range of dining occasions.
