Gere Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is an elegant and balanced dry red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Villány region (Hungary), featuring ripe fruit aromas and delicate tannins, which give it a strong structure and a beautiful finish.

Description

Gere Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is an elegant red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Csillagvölgy vineyard in the Villány region. Its color is medium ruby, with clearly expressed fresh red berry aromas, harmonized with subtle oak notes derived from a long aging period.

The nose is dominated by notes of raspberry and blackcurrant, which continue on the palate, blending with mild spicy tones. Tannins are well-integrated, giving the wine structure without harsh edges, while acidity contributes to its freshness and invigorating character.

16 months of aging allows for the development of a complex texture and a long finish. Served at 16–18 °C, this wine pairs well with intense red meat dishes, rich cheeses, or meals with complex aromas – ideal for special occasions or enjoying the full potential of the 2021 vintage.
