Vida Családi Borbirtok Idyll Bikavér 2023 (DRS) is a dry, still red wine from the Szekszárd region in Hungary, crafted from a classic Bikavér blend featuring Kékfrankos as the base, alongside Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Kadarka, and Syrah. The grapes were hand-harvested from the Hidaspetre, Virághegy, and Baranya-völgy plots, fermented at controlled temperatures, and aged using a combined method in stainless steel tanks and large barrels. The wine is characterized by vibrant aromas of red and dark fruit, soft tannins, and impeccable freshness, making it an exceptionally pleasant and spicy example of an everyday Bikavér.
