Domaine Garon Jardins de Rome Syrah de Seyssuel 2023 is an elegant Syrah from the Northern Rhône region, produced from 100% Syrah grapes from the slopes of Seyssuel, where schist and mica soils provide characteristic minerality and aromatic precision. During production, grapes were hand-harvested and fermented under careful temperature control, after which the wine was aged for approximately 14 months in French oak barrels (10% new), achieving a fine balance between fruit characteristics and tannin structure.
The glass is dominated by aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, and mild spicy notes, with tannins that are velvety yet clearly defined. Thanks to its profile and aging potential until 2030, this wine is an excellent choice for stews, roasted red meat, or strong-flavored cheeses.
