7 Bilgeler Anaxagoras Reserve Chardonnay 2023 is a dry white wine from Turkey’s Aegean region (Denizli – Güney), made from Chardonnay in a “Reserve” style, which includes part of the fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels. The wine shows aromas of yellow and exotic fruit such as peach, apricot, and citrus, with subtle nutty notes that add extra complexity. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with pronounced freshness and a balanced acidic structure, making it an excellent choice with fish, seafood, creamy cheeses, or pasta with rich sauces.
