Naked Red Non‑Vintage from Weingut Heinrich is a natural red wine, a blend of traditional Austrian varieties (Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and St. Laurent) from the area around Lake Neusiedl. The grapes are farmed biodynamically and hand-harvested on both sides of the lake, and the wine ferments spontaneously and is aged for over a year in wooden fermentation vessels.
In the glass, the wine shows a ruby-red color and reveals aromas of red berries, sour cherries, gentle spice and herbal notes. On the palate it is juicy, with lively acidity and soft tannins, making it exceptionally easy-drinking and ideal for everyday enjoyment. With 12–12.5% alcohol and a style that emphasizes fruit and approachability, this wine is an excellent match for pasta with tomato sauce, roasted vegetables, pizza, or light meats.
