1.600 rsd

Napbor Egri Csillag 2023 is a dry white wine from the Eger PDO region (Hungary), fruity-refreshing and harmonious with a clearly expressed acid-fruit profile, typical of the “Egri Csillag” style – a classic white blend with an emphasis on freshness and drinkability.

Description

Napbor Egri Csillag 2023 is a classic dry white wine from the Eger PDO region in Hungary, crafted as a carefully balanced blend of five white grape varieties: Olaszrizling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Zengő, and Hárslevelű. This “Egri Csillag” wine style means the wine represents the typical refreshing character of white wines from this wine region, with a clear regional expression.

The vinification process includes fermentation exclusively in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aging for about 5 months before bottling, ensuring the preservation of fruit freshness and aromatic notes. With 13.5% alcohol, the wine is characterized by well-integrated acidity and a clean texture that highlights fruit and citrus profiles.

The nose is dominated by fresh notes of citrus and white fruit with mild floral undertones; on the palate, it is harmonious, with clearly defined freshness and drinkability, making it an excellent choice for light gastronomic pairings such as fish, seafood, or light salads.
