It is characterized by an intense orange-gold color, citrus and tropical notes with noticeable texture and fullness on the palate — the result of long skin contact (~30 days) and aging for about 12 months before bottling, with minimal technological intervention.
This winemaking expression is a dry, complex wine that maintains freshness and aromatic vibrancy, pairing wonderfully with spicy aromatic dishes, pungent cuisines, and aged cheeses, with a cellaring potential of 3-6 years from vintage.
