    Tokaj Unmarked Furmint-Hárslevelű blend 2021 is a dry white wine that combines the power and acidity of the Furmint variety with the charm and aromas of Hárslevelű, representing the authentic character of the Tokaj wine region. Grapes from various vineyard parcels around Mád, Tarcal, and Tállya are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented in oak barrels, giving this wine a pronounced texture and complex aromatic structure.

    In the glass, fresh tones of lemon, green apple, and peach unfold, alongside a subtle floral note and the characteristic mineral streak of the volcanic terroir, leaving a long, refreshing finish. Vinification in wood and aging on fine lees contribute to the depth of flavor and mature structure.

    This wine is exceptionally versatile for pairing – it pairs wonderfully with seafood, light white meats with aromatic dressings, and salads, while its minerality and fresh acidity make it enjoyable on its own, as well as an accompaniment to more complex dishes.
