Description

Gál Tibor Pinot Noir 2023 is a dry, still red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the renowned Síkhegy plots in the Eger wine region of Hungary. The grapes were hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented, and the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling, resulting in pronounced aromas of red berry fruit—raspberry, cherry and subtle spicy tones, with balanced acidity and a medium body. Pinot Noir 2023 is an elegant example of Eger’s cool-climate red style, ideal with roasted meats and more complex meals.
