VILLUS Kékfrankos, Syrah, Cabernet Franc 2016 – Günzer Winery

2.500 rsd

Günzer Villus Cuvée is a dry red wine in the Villány cuvée style, blended from Kékfrankos, Syrah and Cabernet Franc, with aromas of dark fruit and spice and a complex character after long aging in oak barrels.

Description

Günzer Villus Cuvée is a dry still red wine from the Villány (Hungary) wine region, made from carefully selected Kékfrankos, Syrah and Cabernet Franc from the Bocor dűlő site. The grapes are hand-harvested and selected with a low-yield approach for maximum flavor concentration, and the wine is aged for 2 years in Hungarian and French oak barrels before bottling. The wine’s aromatic profile offers intense aromas of black and dark fruit, spicy and woody notes with balanced tannins and a long finish, making this cuvée an exceptionally elegant representative of the classic Villány style.
