Loimer Extra Brut Reserve NV from Weingut Fred Loimer is an extra brut sparkling white wine from the Austrian region of Kamptal. It is produced using the traditional method with long aging on fine lees, blending multiple vintages and varieties into a cuvée that offers fine, persistent perlage. The aromatic profile includes notes of brioche, yeast, citrus zest, and subtle minerality, while the palate features refreshing acidity and a long citrus-mineral finish. The wine is extra brut/dry, organic/biodynamic certified, and shows great harmony, suitable as an aperitif or paired with light specialties such as seafood and sushi.
