Áldás Egri Bikavér Superior 2023 – St. Andrea Winery

1.900 rsd

Áldás Egri Bikavér Superior 2023 is a dry red wine from Hungary (Eger), with a complex profile and dominant aromas of red berry fruit, gentle spicy notes, and a long finish—an excellent example of the modern Egri Bikavér style, balancing structure and freshness.

Description

Áldás Egri Bikavér Superior 2023 is an expression of classic Hungarian Bikavér with a modern stylistic twist—fruity aromas of red berry fruit (cherry, redcurrant, raspberry) are clearly in the foreground, with subtle spicy and mineral tones that reflect the terroir of the Eger region.

Vinification combines traditional varieties such as Kékfrankos and Kadarka with international varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir), creating a balance between local character and freshness, with a more complex structure than entry-level Bikavér versions.

After fermentation and several months of ageing in oak barrels, the wine develops smooth tannins and a long finish, making it highly suitable for food pairings and an appealing choice both for everyday enjoyment and for special company or a special dish.
