Villa Melnik AplauZ Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a dry still red wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety from the Struma Valley / PGI Melnik wine region in Bulgaria. The grapes were carefully selected and fermented at a controlled temperature, after which the wine aged for 18 months in oak barrels, giving it intenzivne arome zrelog voća, začina i dimljenog hrasta. The medium to full body and balanced structure make this Cabernet Sauvignon a distinct example of the Bulgarian red wine style with character and depth.
