Wassmann Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a distinctive red wine from Hungary’s Villány region, made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Wassmann Winery, led by Susann Hanauer and Ralf Waßmann, employs a biodynamic approach and natural fermentation, giving their wines authentic terroir expression and very pure character.

The aroma is dominated by intense notes of sour cherry, dark berries and dried plums, with subtle hints of tobacco and cedar. On the palate, the wine delivers richness of flavor with pleasant acidity and fine tannin structure, while the finish is long and spiced, making it very layered and elegant.

The production process includes spontaneous fermentation and extended aging in used barrique barrels, without filtration or fining, preserving natural balance and terroir characteristics.
