Description

An elegant Chardonnay from the Purcari region in Moldova, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes hand-harvested in vineyards influenced by the Black Sea climate. After fermentation, the wine is aged for about six months in French oak barrels, giving it a creamy texture and subtle notes of vanilla, almond and toasted wood. The aromatic profile is dominated by ripe fruit, citrus and floral notes, while on the palate the wine is full-bodied, balanced and complex, with a long, elegant finish that pairs beautifully with fish, chicken and dishes with creamy sauces.
