Casa Rojo Machoman 2019 is a powerful, distinctive wine from the Jumilla region, made from 100% Monastrell from old vineyards. It features rich aromas of black and red fruit, plum, cherry and spice, with layers of balsamic and chocolate tones. On the palate it is silky, full and elegant, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish. Thanks to its complexity and structure, it pairs perfectly with hearty meat dishes.
