Bock Merlot 2021 is a red still dry wine from Villány, made from 100% Merlot grapes from several selected vineyards, with a medium body and aromas of dark berries such as blackberry and blackcurrant. The color is deep dark ruby red, and the aroma and taste are pleasantly fruity and balanced.
This wine was aged for 12 months in large oak barrels, which gives it a soft and smooth texture, without excessive weight, with beautifully integrated fruit notes.
With 14.00% alcohol and a medium body, Bock Merlot 2021 pairs excellently with red meat, roasts, and cheeses, and thanks to its structure, it can be stored for several more years if kept properly.
