A dry red wine made from 100% Zinfandel from the Lodi and Amador regions of California, combining aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and berries with notes of juniper, black pepper, and toasted oak. Aging in American oak barrels develops a deep structure, soft tannins, and a complex aromatic palette, making it an excellent choice with grilled dishes, red meat, and strong cheeses.
