Villa Melnik Rare Varieties – Melnik 1300 Jubilee 2021 is a dry, still red wine from the Struma Valley wine region in Bulgaria, crafted from the indigenous grape variety Melnik 1300 Jubilee. After 12 months of aging in Bulgarian oak barrels, the wine develops complex aromas of ripe dark fruit, sandalwood, and fine chocolate, complemented by soft tannins and a fresh structure. With 14.5% alcohol and a complex aromatic profile, it is ideal with roasted meats, game, and dishes featuring dark sauces.
