Loimer Ruländer mit Achtung 2022 is a dry natural white wine made from 100% Pinot Gris (Ruländer) from biodynamic vineyards in Kamptal. The grapes were hand-harvested on 1 September 2022, and fermentation was spontaneous with whole-berry skin contact. The wine was aged 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months on the lees.

In the glass, aromas of ginger, orange peel and propolis unfold, with subtle notes of bergamot and black tea. On the palate it is dense, layered and very dry, with zesty acidity and mineral tones. It has a 6-year ageing potential and pairs beautifully with cheeses, gravlax or dishes with citrus notes.
