Tokaj Unmarked – Sweet (Furmint, Hárslevelű blend) 2021 is a sweet dessert wine from Hungary’s renowned Tokaj region, made as a blend of Furmint (50%), Hárslevelű (35%) and Sárgamuskotály (15%), recognized for its fruity character and elegant sweetness. The grapes come from the Mád: Középhegy and Holdvölgy vineyards, giving it a terroir-driven character and balanced acidity despite the wine’s higher sugar level.
On the nose and palate, intense notes of ripe fruit dominate, such as apricot, peach and citrus, with subtle floral tones that add freshness and aromatic lift. Thanks to late harvest and careful vinification, the wine shows sweetness in an elegant, highly drinkable way, without a heavy or overly sugary feel.
This wine is ideal for finishing desserts, but it can also be served as a standalone dessert aperitif—especially with fruit tarts, creamy desserts, or cheese boards. The balance of sweetness and refreshing acidity makes it a pleasant choice for wine lovers who enjoy sweet, aromatic, easy-drinking styles of Tokaj.
