Tokaji Furmint Betsek 2021 is an elegant, complex Tokaj white Furmint from the prestigious Betsek vineyard in Mád, made by Zsirai Pincészet. Furmint grapes were carefully selected and hand-harvested in October 2021, and the wine underwent spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels, adding depth and complexity.
The bouquet features ripe fruits, floral notes, and subtle white pepper and mint aromatics, while the palate offers fine minerality, refreshing acidity, and a balanced finish. The structure is elegant and harmonious, with complex aromas that leave a lasting impression.
Thanks to its mineral clarity and balanced freshness, the wine pairs beautifully with fish dishes, white meats, and aromatic salads, and also complements milder cheeses. Its ageing potential also makes it interesting for cellaring for several years.
