Domaine de l’Accent Una Notte 2023 is a dry natural red wine from the heart of Terrasses du Larzac in Languedoc. Made from 100% Grenache Noir, hand-harvested and crafted with minimal intervention, with very short maceration—following the local “vin d’une nuit” tradition—resulting in a delicate color and vibrant freshness.
In the glass, aromas of juicy red berries, strawberries, and herbal notes dominate, with subtle spice and mineral tones. On the palate, the wine is fresh, easy-drinking, and elegant, with balanced acidity and pleasant tannins. At 12.5% alcohol, this style pairs perfectly with grilled specialties, light red meat, and Mediterranean flavors, and is an excellent choice to enjoy now.
