Via Istrum Marselan 2024 is a dry red wine made from 100% Marselan grapes, a hybrid of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, from the Danube terroir of Chateau Burgozone in Bulgaria. The wine is expressive, fruity, and complex, reflecting the character of the variety and the region’s continental climate.
The nose is dominated by notes of red and black fruits, such as cherry and berries, with subtle hints of vanilla and light wood, while the palate displays a harmonious balance between fruitiness, mild tannins, and an elegant finish.
This wine is an excellent choice for red meats, grilled dishes, strong cheeses, and even chocolate desserts, while its structure and aromatic depth make it suitable for enjoying on its own.
