Heinrich Weisze Freyheit 2023 from Weingut Heinrich is a natural, dry white wine with a clearly defined Leithagebirge terroir character. Weissburgunder and Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented with skin contact, after which the wine ages 19 months in large wooden casks and amphorae before being bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur.
