Bock Cabernet Franc 2022 comes from the prestigious Villány wine region, Hungary, and is made 100% from Cabernet Franc grapes. The vineyards lie on limestone, loess, and clay soils, with vines aged 13–33 years, and the harvest took place in October 2022. This is a dry, full-bodied red wine with 14.43% alcohol, ideal for lovers of intense, complex wines.
In the glass, it opens with a deep dark-red color, with dark-fruit aromas such as blackcurrant and blueberry, alongside subtle notes of vanilla and oak from 12 months of aging in oak barrels. The palate is well structured by firm tannins, with a long, elegant finish, making it an excellent choice for a sophisticated tasting.
This wine has cellaring potential of 8–10+ years, and pairs best with beef, lamb, game, and mature cheeses. Thanks to its complexity and structure, Bock Cabernet Franc 2022 leaves the impression of a serious, distinctive wine that develops and gains depth over the years in the bottle.
