Tilia Rubido White Label is a dry red wine from the Vipava Valley in Slovenia, produced at Tilia Estate winery from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. The wine features a ruby red color with purple hues and pronounced aromatics of ripe red fruit, such as blackberry, currant, and cherry, along with discreet notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and smoke.
After fermentation, the wine ages for 16 months in French and Slavonian oak, which contributes to its complexity and structure. On the palate, it is elegant, with pronounced tannins and a long finish, pairing well with red meat, game, and aromatic dishes.
