Cuvée Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot & Syrah comes from Bulgaria, from the Thracian Valley wine region, and is produced at the Rossidi Winery (Nikolaevo), renowned for boutique red wines focused on terroir and elegance. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah grapes are fermented separately with extended maceration, after which the wine is aged for 8–12 months in used French oak barrels before blending and bottling; the result is a medium-to-full-bodied wine with well-structured tannins and a rich aromatic palette.

The nose is dominated by intense aromas of ripe black fruit—such as plum and black cherry—alongside notes of dried spices, cocoa, and a subtle hint of dried herbs, providing a fine balance between fruitiness and complexity; on the palate, the wine is harmonious and mature, with juicy fruit, fine tannins, and a long, spicy finish. The serving temperature is 16–18 °C, allowing for optimal perception of its structure and aromatic profile.

This blend has ageing potential of up to ~6 years after the vintage, excellent pairing versatility with roast lamb, beef steaks, and aged cheeses, and comes in a standard 0.75 L bottle with 13.5% alcohol.
