Tokyo Gomez‑Rojo Cuvée Minami II 1.5L 2021 is a complex and aromatic red wine from the Spanish region of Murcia (Jumilla / Tierra de Murcia IGP), produced as a blend of local varieties Monastrell and Garnacha. Vineyards in El Valle de La Raja yield grapes with excellent ripeness and concentration. The wine exudes rich aromas of ripe red and dark fruit, with subtle balsamic and spice notes. After 12 months of aging in oak barrels, the wine develops a layered texture, structure, and an elegant finish. With a medium to full body and well-integrated tannins, it is ideal with robust meat dishes.
