Nocturne Rkatsiteli 2023 is an orange wine made from the Rkatsiteli variety, produced by macerating white grapes on the skins, which gives it a more pronounced structure and texture compared to classic white wines. The aroma is dominated by apricot, peach, dried fruit, and honey, along with distinct citrus and spicy tones. On the palate, it is dry, layered, and texture-rich, with a mild tannic feel and a long, complex finish. Thanks to careful night harvesting and controlled vinification, the wine retains freshness alongside a bold maceration character. It is ideal with spicy food, white meat, and aromatic cheeses.
