Heinrich Pet Nat Kind of Blue 2022 from Weingut Heinrich is an elegant and refreshing natural sparkling wine produced using the ancestrale method, where spontaneous fermentation finishes directly in the bottle. The Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, and Zweigelt grapes are hand-picked from various vineyard slopes in Burgenland and farmed biodynamically according to Respekt and Demeter guidelines. After fermentation, the wine is neither filtered nor disgorged, contributing to its lively, authentic expression.
In the glass, aromas of ripe red berries, lemon, lime, and orange are revealed, while refreshing acidity and fine perlage are the main characteristics that make this Pet Nat exceptionally drinkable and enjoyable. With 11% alcohol and a dry structure, the wine pairs excellently with light bites, salads, sushi, or as a refreshing aperitif.
