Morizz 2020 is made using the classic sparkling wine method (méthode traditionnelle) from the Welschriesling variety. After the second fermentation in the bottle, it aged for over 41 months on the lees, which gives it an elegant texture and fine, creamy perlage. Every step in the production is performed manually, preserving the natural complexity and purity of the wine.
The aroma is dominated by citrus notes and white floral aromas, with a subtle hint of almonds and pronounced minerality. On the palate, it is refreshing, with lively acidity and minimal residual sugar, which classifies it as a Brut Nature style and makes it long and elegant on the finish.
This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif, but also with shellfish, light cheeses, or appetizers. Biodynamic production and balanced flavors make it a sophisticated choice for situations that call for fine bubbles and pure, mineral aromatics.
